This Workshop is completed in a intimate sized group setting via zoom over a two day period or four small sessions over a four week period . Reiki Level Ones foundations are based on learning the first steps to self healing, inner knowing & healing others.

This workshop is for you if you are you ready to:

~To have training in true Traditional Eastern Reiki, the first steps to finding yourself & opening a pathway to spiritual enlightenment

During the course you will receive:

- 2 days of theoretical and practical teaching or 4 sessions over 4 weeks (2.5hour each)
- The traditional 4 attunements for level 1
- Ability & knowledge in how to self-heal
- Practical Reiki experience to healing others via distance/zoom
- A deeper connection with your inner self
- Important meditation techniques to bring in more balance & inner peace
- Clearing the healing channel techniques
- Reiki workbook
- Reiki 1 Practitioner certificate
