An option of one or a combination of two gentle healing modalities. Sound & Reiki to help heal & restore the body on an emotional & cellular level. It is also a wonderful way to tune out of the Worlds happenings & deeply relax & connect to the stillness within. In this session we use a combination of instruments including; Native American Rain Stick (to wash away the old that no longer serves), Native American Medicine Drum (to connect to your heart & Mother Earth) & the Tibetan Singing Bowl (connecting with intuition & higher self). This session can be in person (contact for area availability) or via video call on zoom or messenger video (sound in person only). Via distance you will set up a sacred space on your end- where you wont be disturbed & the Reiki Healing session will be completed on my end. This session is 1 hour in total.
